What a session looks like
You are coached, not just counted. A session is built around movement patterns your body already uses outside the gym, and the load, range and tempo are adjusted for you on the spot. Someone in their first month and someone training for a competition work through the same session at genuinely different settings.
The room is the reason people stay. It is a mixed group — a lot of it Korean-speaking — and the coaching happens in whichever language the session needs.
Training with a body that has history
Most people arrive with something: an old shoulder, a back that complains under load, a knee that never quite got rehabbed. At most gyms this is handled by avoiding the movement forever, which is how a temporary limit becomes a permanent one.
BerryFit has physiotherapists in the same organisation as the coaches. If something flares, the coach can walk you to a clinician and the program is adjusted with an actual assessment behind it. If you are already on a rehab plan, the training and the plan are written by people who talk to each other.
